Delsey's Treasures appreciates your business! We want you to shop our secure online store with confidence, and we trust and anticipate that you would want peace of mind in purchasing (See also our Privacy Policy) and or returning any item that is eligible for a refund from Delsey's Treasures.com

RETURN POLICY: Shop with confidence! 

You must call for a Return Authorization Number (RA) or complete the Return Authorization Request Form on this page. Once you complete and submit the form, please check your email within 24 hours of the forms submission for your Return Authorization Number (RA) before you return your item. 

Once you receive your Return Authorization, please include it with the item you are returning.  

Please return unused, unworn, and undamaged items with original receipt and packaging within 7 days of the date you received your package, at  the customer’s expense (shipping or insurance rates are not refundable). 

Worn or damaged items will not be refunded. Special orders are not refundable.*  You will receive your refund within 10 days of the Return if you have fully met the return policy.

Authorization Department receiving your request, providing that your item has not been worn, used. altered or damaged in any way, and that the original packaging is undamaged. 

The Customer may incur a 15% restock fee for returns, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Each refund is processed and returned to the original payment method.

Delsey’s Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not insured during return shipment.

The Return policy does not apply to ebay purchases unless items purchased are not as listed or damaged in shipping. 

Special Items and Purchases

Delsey's Treasures will not refund any jewelry and or item(s) that were of special request and or handcrafted, altered by customer's request or otherwise a special order. 

This policy includes, and is not limited to: Custom made necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, anklets, decorative pins, ring sizing, plating, etc. Custom ordered items.

Shipping and Handling 

Delsey's Treasures saves you money by offering free shipping on many of our products. Some items might not qualify for free shipping, but we offer a great shipping rate on all our jewelry that do not qualify .
 

We ship through various couriers. However, our default shipping is United States Postal Services, First Class, unless otherwise stated in the listing, and the amount for each shipping fee will depend on the courier being used in the listing, or upon your request for a change in shipping service (if you have selected a different shipping service other than the listed courier, you may incur an additional shipping charge* if additional shipping methods are available for any given product). Our default shipping 

(automatically included in the listing as shipping) is already adjusted according to the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing.

*Express and Priority delivery is available for an additional charge. Florida tax is 6% plus 1% county tax (for Florida residents only).

FedEx SmartPost allows customers to ship orders to APO (Army/Air Force Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic/Defense Postal Office) addresses. Include the following element values to ship to these addresses:
