Shipping and Handling 

We ship through various couriers. However, our default shipping is United States Postal Services, First Class, unless otherwise stated in the listing, and the amount for each shipping fee will depend on the courier being used in the listing, or upon your request for a change in shipping service (if you have selected a different shipping service other than the listed courier, you may incur an additional shipping charge*). Our default shipping (automatically included in the listing as shipping) is already adjusted according to the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing.  

*Express and Priority delivery is available for an additional charge. Florida tax is 6% plus 1% county tax (for Florida residents only).

*Lay-A-Way Option:

Delsey's Treasures has extended a special service to our customers who would like to purchase on Lay-A-Way. Please complete the form requesting a Lay-A-Way, the item number/description, and any special requests that we take into consideration while completing and approving the Lay-A-Way Agreement. Since we would remove an item that is considered for Lay-A-Way from other customers views and or ability to purchase, the customer that has entered a Lay-A-Way Agreement, but that has decided to return the unworn, undamaged, unchanged in any way, item  may incur a 15% restock fee for returns.  Delsey’s Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not insured during return shipment.  Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Florida tax is 6% plus 1% county tax (for Florida residents only).

The Lay-A-Way Agreement will be emailed to a customer who has provided a working email address that he/she can be reached through.

Once the Lay-A-Way Agreement has been agreed to and approved by both parties (Delsey's Treasures and the customer), and payment is made in full (shipping charges and applicable tax will be added to the final amount of the Lay-A-Way Agreement), the item(s) purchased by the Lay-A-Way Agreement will be shipped to address provided by the customer.
